  • Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes between 4-11 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s delivery schedule.
  • Transit Time: After your order leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 3-8 business days to reach you.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: We only ship to the United States at this time. We are unable to ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the wrong item was ordered.
