Returning Items

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send the product back within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it remains in its original condition. Be sure to provide the tracking number for the return. Refunds will be initiated once the items have been received and inspected. Please note that all returns must first be coordinated through our customer service team.

Faulty Items

If the product you received has a defect, please get in touch with our support team right away and provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the defective item
  • A description of the problem
  • A photo showing the defect

In the case of delivery damage, include images of the package and any visible issues. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges cannot be processed without proof of the issue.

Incorrect Item Received

Should you receive an item that was not part of your order, please notify support as soon as possible and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you should have received
  • The name of the incorrect item you got
  • A photo of the item sent in error

Product Exchanges

We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you need a different product, kindly return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items

Items that are faulty, damaged, or defective can be returned free of charge.

Other Returns

For returns due to reasons such as selecting the wrong size, a change of mind, or deciding you no longer want the item, you are responsible for both the return shipping cost and securing a shipping receipt.
