Returns
You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- With all tags still attached.
Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- If the item has a manufacturing defect that appears after use, contact us with details and images to assess warranty eligibility.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Processing times for refunds may take 7 business days.
Please Note:
- Refunds are issued for the value of the returned product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including the shipping fee.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to switch for another item, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
Order Cancellation
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any required supporting documents (e.g., photos for damaged or defective items).
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.

- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
