At Chromae Fashion, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• With all tags still attached.

Please Note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to ordering the wrong item.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and send you a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Processing times for refunds may take 7 business days.

Please Note:

• Refunds are issued for the value of the returned product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@chromaefashion.com or call us at +1 606-609-1576 before 5:00 pm on the same business day of your order. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Shipping Information

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 4-11 business days.
• Our cut-off time for orders is 5:00 pm (Eastern Time).
