Returns
You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- With all tags still attached.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and send you a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Processing times for refunds may take 7 business days.
Please Note:
- Refunds are issued for the value of the returned product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@chromaefashion.com or call us at +1 606-609-1576 before 5:00 pm on the same business day of your order. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
Shipping Information
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 4-11 business days.
- Our cut-off time for orders is 5:00 pm (Eastern Time).
